1. High-build Epoxy Coal Tar Primer
High-build Epoxy Coal Tar Primer is formulated with special epoxy resin, coal tar pitch paint, antirust pigment, solvents and additives. Epoxy coal tar paints are commonly used on bridges, pipelines, tanks, and other metal and concrete structures that are exposed to the elements. It has fast drying time, good anti-rust property, high mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and is mainly used as primer for corrosion protection of underground pipelines, the bottom of shipping containers, and buried steel parts. Coal tar coating is an economical and practical solution to maintain pipeline, which can provide continuous protection for the pipeline and prevent the pipeline from the destructive effects of corrosion.
2. Epoxy Solvent free ETP Tank Coatings
Epoxy solvent-free ETP tank coatings are coatings used to protect the inside of tanks used for effluent treatment plants (ETP). These coatings are made from a two-part epoxy resin system and are solvent-free, meaning that they do not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Sometimes, epoxy solvent free coatings is used for STP tanks and Water tanks also. They are directly exposed to water, contaminants, and chemicals. To protect the concrete from water ingress and harmful chemicals we have developed a Solvent free high bond epoxy coatings that is combined with chemical resistant coatings. For water tanks, coating is applied over the concrete surface followed by protection plasters and chemical-resistance.
3. Epoxy Marine Paints
Epoxy marine paints are that which is painted on various parts of the ship to extend its service life and meet the special requirements. Epoxy marine paints are typically used to protect the hull of the vessel from corrosion, abrasion, and chemical damage. These coatings are made from a two-part epoxy resin system and are known for their durability, chemical resistance, and ability to withstand the harsh marine environment. The ship has been immersed in seawater for a long time and is subject to electrochemical corrosion and erosion of seawater. When the ship is anchored, it will be fouled by marine organisms. Therefore, the paint on the bottom of the ship must be resistant to seawater corrosion and wear. Epoxy marine paints are also used for other marine applications such as decks, bulkheads, and tanks. The anti-corrosion paint on the ship bottom should have good adhesion between their coating layers.
4. Epoxy Primer Paints
Epoxy primer paint for concrete and metal is a coating used to prepare and prime surfaces made of concrete or metal. These coatings are made from a two-part epoxy resin with a special epoxy curing agent, additives and solvents. Epoxy primer is used to seal and protect surfaces . It has hard paint film, high adhesion, good wear resistance and alkali resistance. It is typically used in industrial and commercial settings to prepare surfaces for the application of other coatings such as epoxy topcoats, urethane coatings, or other paint systems.
